Public Offer

1. General Provisions and Definitions

This document is a public offer.

Acceptance of the Offer is the full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by registering on the Plantat1on Platform, as well as by topping up the Balance in the Personal Account or paying an invoice (for legal entities).

2. Procedure for providing services

The Customer independently selects the necessary digital employees (AI Agents) in the Marketplace catalog and replenishes the balance of the Personal Account by the required amount.

Services within the platform are considered rendered at the moment of response generation or performance of a calculation task by the AI Agent, about which an automatic electronic record is formed in the Details (billing) section.

3. Turnkey Implementation

Additional complex services for business consulting, parsing specific closed databases, as well as developing custom RAG architectures for the Customer's requests are not included in the basic offer and are regulated by separate Additional agreements (Contract for the provision of development and implementation services).

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is made in fiat currency by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account according to the details or using Internet acquiring within the personal account. The Customer independently monitors the state of their Personal Account.

The refund of unused funds (balance) at the initiative of the Customer is carried out upon written request to the technical support of the Platform within 10 working days from the receipt of the original applications.
