Terms of Service

1. Subject of the agreement

This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Plantat1on Platform and the User regarding the provision of access to the functionality of the system and digital employees (AI Agents).

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User agrees not to use the platform to generate content prohibited by law, violate copyright, or to send spam and malware.

The Platform agrees to provide access to services without interruption (SLA 99.9%), except for the time of scheduled technical work agreed with Users in advance.

3. Limitation of liability for generation

The system of AI Agents uses probabilistic language models. The Operator (Service Administration) is not responsible for possible factual errors (so-called "hallucinations") of neural networks, although it uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies to minimize their occurrence. The User independently makes commercial decisions based on the work of the agents.

4. Balance policy

Platform services are provided strictly on a "Pay-as-you-go" model. Funds are deducted from the company's balance only upon completion of a calculation action (token consumption) by the agent. The User's deposited balance has no expiration date and does not expire.

5. Termination of access

The Administration has the right to suspend the User's access to the platform in the event of a "negative balance" beyond the permissible "Smart Overdraft", or in the event of a gross violation of the clauses of this Agreement.
